Youth Group Leader: Rev. Jefrey JensenYouth Group (Grades 7-12):Vacation Bible School is only a few weeks away! We hope you will join us from June 22nd through June 26th. Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. ~ CLC will provide the meals on Monday (this night comes from the Olive Garden!), Wednesday and Friday. We ask the participants to bring their own meals on Tuesday and Thursday. At 6:00 p.m. classes start for children ages Pre-K all the way up to adults; Craig Robertson will be teaching the class for the adults. This is truly VBS for the whole family! Pastor Jensen is planning some exciting events during each day geared for middle school and high school students (ages 11-18) i.e. climb mountains as well as canoe or kayak, etc. Further details are in the June newsletter, or, call the church office if you have any questions. Please fill out a registration form and leave it in, or mail it to, the church office.
To support our young people attending the Youth Event 2010 in New Orleans, there is a "Bottles and Cans ongoing fundraiser. PLEASE rinse out your bottles and cans before you bring them to the church. Two collection containers will be available on the church grounds Sunday morning only.
.Confirmation Class will begin in September. In order to have materials ready for the class, please contact the church office as soon as possible if your child will be entering the 7th grade. Thank you!
