Exciting Year Ahead for the Women’s Guild!
If you have attended
Women’s Guild, you have come to know how vital the connection is with the
other women of the church. If you haven’t set aside time to attend any of
the Guild programs yet, make this the year that you find out what we are
all about.
We have wonderful
programs planned for every month right through till next June. But we need
YOU! Our fellowship means so much more when YOU are there! Come join us
for all that there is to offer ~ wonderful speakers, potlucks, interesting
programs, mission work, Bible studies and of course our ever popular
annual Spring Retreat and Victorian Tea.
Women’s Guild
Jumping forward to June ~ the tree leaves have burst forth, the fresh grass is emerald green and those flowers that you bought after our May gardening program are now flourishing under your tender care! Time to sit back and relax for a Sunday afternoon. We have the perfect event for you ~ our annual Victorian Tea. Our Friendship Hall is beautifully decorated into a welcoming parlor with a wonderful assortment of beverages and goodies.
If you have attended before, you know how much fun the afternoon is; if you haven’t been to a Tea yet, don’t miss out on an opportunity to sit down with your sisters in Christ for fellowship and laughter. As a bonus, we always have a silent auction with great items to bid for ~ you might be able to cross off your list a few gifts that you were going to buy at the department store.
You are ALL invited! You can dress for the occasion with a pretty outfit, perhaps a hat and gloves to match, or maybe you are comfortable in casual clothes. Either way ~ just come. Please call if you need a ride to any of our meetings, we don’t want to miss your smile.
